Extended Stay America Select Suites- Detroit - Novi - Haggerty Road

Ashley at the front desk was quick and awesome. I was extremely impressed with how clean the room was. There is nothing even close to this price/quality in the area. If you're looking to stay for a week+ I wouldn't think twice about. Great location too, only a minute from the highway. This is my first stay at an extended stay and I particularly loved: -Full Sized fridge/stove/microwave -AWESOME water pressure -Very quiet environment -Studio room setup was perfect -Great wifi - I paid for the wifi upgrade ($31.99 for the month) but it was still testing at about 80/mb download without.

I've stayed at several ESA's. Overall, this is one of the better ones. I like how the windows open from the top in addition to the bottom, because I'm big on breathing clean air. The sinks have garbage disposals, and the residents have the option of taking their trash directly to the dumpster. This means that there aren't any odor issues in the hallway. The area's nice with a lot of office buildings nearby. There's a BP gas station across the street and down about a block. There's also a Meijer grocery store about half a mile to the south and a CVS pharmacy about half a mile to the north. The staff Ashley, Dorian, and Natasha have all been especially helpful to me.

Jax at the front desk was very sweet and helpful Checking in was simple and easy, rooms are clean and it’s moderately quiet. A cvs and meijer down the street which is convenient. I would come back to extended stay if needed.

Ashley consistently demonstrates a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. The level of customer service—from maintenance to the front desk—has been excellent, and I have no complaints.

Hotel staff is great Ms. Jax, NaTasha and Dorian will make you feel like family. They’re very helpful on local events and eateries. Very nice people.

I love this location specifically because of the very kind, helpful and funny individuals who work here, the proximity to the mall and everything else you can think of is a plus. The General manager, Ashley, is the best. She is so patient and sweet and has the cutest little babies! Front desk attendants Dorian and Natasha are so helpful and funny. And I can't forget Tony in housekeeping who is also hilarious and makes sure I have whatever I need.They do the absolute best they can with what they have, and I love them for it!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room where I stayed was very clean. Next work visit I will definitely stay here again.

Spotlighting and appreciating Ashley, Jax, and their staff in the front lobby, who have made the stay pleasant by being welcoming, respectful, and courteous. Gregory & Tyler at night, along with the rest of their crew, have been prompt and helpful. The entire team has a nice sense of humor and ease, which has made the process enjoyable here. If you're looking for a quiet & peaceful LOCATION this is an excellent spot to stay and work!
